The room was charming and well-maintained by the diligent housekeeping staff, offering a cozy retreat after our daily excursions. We indulged in the hotel's Mediterranean cuisine with half board, enjoying the unique flavors in the beautiful setting of the heated patio. the easy access to Machu Picchu from the hotel was a definite highlight, allowing us to embark on an unforgettable journey to this iconic Incan city in the Andes. Overall, our experience at Novotel Cusco was a perfect balance of modern amenities and colonial charm. the staff's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction and the hotel's strategic location truly elevated our travel experience.
