The hotel's frontline personnel were exceptional, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout our visit. the courtyard, with its enchanting ambiance, provided a perfect spot for relaxation and family gatherings between our city explorations. the location, just a short walk from the main square, made it easy for us to immerse ourselves in the historical area of Cusco. The room was charming and well-maintained by the diligent housekeeping staff, offering a cozy retreat after our daily excursions. We indulged in the hotel's Mediterranean cuisine with half board, enjoying the unique flavors in the beautiful setting of the heated patio. the easy access to Machu Picchu from the hotel was a definite highlight, allowing us to embark on an unforgettable journey to this iconic Incan city in the Andes. Overall, our experience at Novotel Cusco was a perfect balance of modern amenities and colonial charm. the staff's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction and the hotel's strategic location truly elevated our travel experience. We are already looking forward to returning and creating more memorable moments at this beautiful establishment.
